Sports Night
The Thursday night Bocce Ball & Volleyball Leagues have started! The Warm weather is here…time to get out and enjoy Mother Nature. As always, cold drinks will be available for purchase out by the fields.
Cancer Fundraiser
The May 16th Anchor Boat Club Cancer Fundraiser is now a Not-for-profit event and donations are tax-deductible! Check donations can be made out to ABC Cancer Fundraiser NFP.
There are still spots open for volleyball and bocce ball teams. Sign-up sheet is posted at the club for those that want to donate their time to help at the event. There will be live and silent auctions.

BBQ Throwdown
Come on out and enjoy some great Ribs, Chicken and Bloody Marys on September 13th at the Anchor Boat Club. There will be a DJ all day and After Sunset will take the stage at 7:00pm.
ABC Chicken Fry
It’s that time of year again, Saturday August 3rd is the Anchor Boat Club Chicken Fry. We will be serving homemade chicken from 3 to 7 pm with live music from 3 to 11 pm. $8.00 Chicken dinners and 16oz beers for $3.00.
The ladies auxiliary will be raffling off Visa gift cards for $10 per ticket. 1st Prize is $1,000, 2nd Prize is $500 and 3rd Prize is $250. The drawing will be at 11 am on August 4th, you need not be be present to win.
Come on out and enjoy the best chicken fry on the lake!
BBQ Rib Cookoff
On Saturday, October 20th, the Anchor Boat Club will be having a Rib Cook-Off. Thirty different cooks will be competing for cash prizes and bragging rights with all entries ribs being available to the public starting at 5:00p.m. The day will start at 9:00a.m. with a bloody mary contest and at noon chicken will be judged and available for public sale also. There will be a DJ all day and Big Daddy Jasper starts at 7:00p.m.. Come out and enjoy some of the best Bloody-Mary’s, Chicken and Ribs central IL has to offer. Tell your friends, the club is open to the Public ALL DAY.
