Lake Springfield Chili Challenge on Sunday, December 17th. If you are interested in participating, please bring out your pot of chili to be judged by 12:30pm. Tasting and judging will start at 3:00pm. The winner of the competition will be decided by 4:00pm that day. The top 2 winners will get paid expenses towards the Lake Council of Clubs Regional Chili Cookoff at the Sangamo Surf Club.
