All four proposed by-law changes passed at the September 1 meeting.  Here are the details:

• Resolution #1 – Allow spouses to serve on Anchor committees – passed 20-4;

• Resolution #2 – Allow spouses to attend member meetings (and officer meetings if a chairperson) – passed 20-4;

• Resolution #3 – Eliminate outdated caretaker position responsibilities from the Executive Committee – passed 23-1; and

• Resolution #4 – Allow members to serve on more than one committee – passed 22-2.
