Things you need to do when renting the club:
Step 1 - Contact Norman Reeves to rent the club (217-691-7596). The club rental is $2 a person. If it is for an immediate family member the club rental is $25. This is subject to change.
Step 2 - Need to put payment in the safe a month in advance. Put your money in an envelope with your first and last name and the date you have the club rented.
Step 3 - Call Mike Hessler and let him know how many people you are going to have so we can make sure we have enough beer.... in stock. If you want to order a keg that will go through Mike as well. We do not keep any kegs in stock.
Step 4 - When renting the club it is your responsibilty to find bartenders and a clean-up crew. The club must be swept and mopped, bathrooms cleaned, bar area cleaned and stocked, kitchen cleaned with all of your dishes washed and put away, all trash cans emptied and make sure you put away any tables and chairs... that you may have used. If using the patio area make sure the outside garbage cans are emptied and the patio area is clean.
Step 5 - If you have rented the club you must be present the entire time.
